help ID age of buckle and button

Hey all, i could use some info on the age of this buckle if you can. I found it at an old cellar hole site where i also found a 1900 IH and also this button. the button is roached on the back so i can't get any info on manufacture. The buckle attracts a magnet yet it came in higher than that on the Deus in 12K.
 
First off nice finds. For an age on the Buckle I would say it's a decorative buckle from a sash or hat. 1860-90 my guess. If your digging there and getting what you've found so far. Your in the right place. HH
