Help from Pittsburgh please

About 17 years ago my son and I were sitting on a park bench in Puyallup, Washington and I looked down on the ground and sitting on the grass was a medallion. I have attached photos of it. It says "PITTSBURGH YMCA OLYMPIC MEET 1911."

I cannot find any reference on the internet to the YMCA meet mentioned or the medallion. If any of you know anything about the event or the medallion, I would appreciate learning about it/them.

This person can probably help you. They had one listed in their "auction 49" catalogue (I think that is the right auction cat. #).
