Help!! explorer xs schematics

hello all. need explorer xs schematics , just kill 90% volume .. works very silently.. need schematics to repairer volume .... any advice big thanks Stasys
 
You'll be VERY lucky if your were get such schematics and good to see your not dangling any carrots for this advice this time.

You've probably blown both of transistors on the audio circuit of the Explorer. This is most likely as I have done this a few times myself.

They are relatively easy to to replace. No, I did not use any schematics to find this. Just follow the audio jack wires back on the pcb and they're there. Fairly easy to locate and replace.

Make sure you use a mild de-soldering removal method, so as not to cause excessive charing(burning ) of the pcb. I've used a vacuum based de-soldering tool and got really clean results to ready for new transistors. Alternatively, you could simply cut the transistors legs on the board to leave soldering "stumps" and simply cut the replacement transistors legs to a size to suit and solder them to connect.

IF it is not the transistors, which I really believe it is , then you may have to oreder a new pcb.
