Help design my straight shaft setup

Hi Guys,

I've been looking at this forum for quite a while and really appreciate your depth of knowledge concerning the Sovereign series of detectors. I live in Australia and use a Minelab Sovereign Elite on an s bend shaft. I usually wear it hanging off my neck in a Minelab bag, just to get the weight off. I remember that a few of you are using straight shaft setups- if you were designing a straight shaft setup from ready made parts, what would you use? I am also thinking about getting a 12x15 SEF from Kellyco, so maybe if I buy parts from there I will save on postage. Alternatively if anyone has a large coil - Sunray S12 or WOT for sale and doesn't mind sending to Australia I would be interested in buying it. Thanks for your help.

If I remember rightly Critterhunter uses a Whites Tall boy lower shaft. Critterhunter care to fill us in on the benefits of this particular setup and why you chose it?

Thanks
