What size is it? Can you read anything inside of it.
 
The only thing readable on the inside is the word STERLING which is visible in the pic. I think it's from the 1950's I found this similar ring online.[attachment 129642 similar.jpg]

Seems you have your answer. Looking at the beading I suspect it may even be the same manufacturer. Send them a picture....
