Already over $100 but so many have issues!!!

Alot went through a Coin Machine and others did not!

Than there is the Box of Rejects that we did not even try to put through the Coin Machine

Any Suggestions? Any Solutions?

Thanks

i put mine in a bag and take to the bank for exchange there is a law requiring the banks to take them, as long as they are kept seperrate the bank has not been a problem

I'm glad to hear that as my bank has been saying no. I have a pile of them but only tried at my main banking instituion. I was starting to think I was going to plant them in one of my areas to keep the new guys busy digging the junky pennies in an out of the way area while I hunt the good spot.

I know...not very nice o me.

Eva - Try this ....

Get a 3 lb. Tumbler from Harbor Freight ( approx. $45.00 ) - look on the internet - don't put more than 2 lbs. ( approx. 180 Cents per lb. ) in the drum at a time or it will eat up the drive belt.
Get a few extra belts if you buy a machine - they are inexpensive.
Then buy a 3 lb. bag of very small aquarium gravel at Walmart's or your local pet shop - very cheap - approx. $2.00 - will last forever.
Put the coins in the drum - add a little dish detergent and some tap water - and tumble overnight.
When the coins are done in the tumbler - it will look like a chocolate milkshake - dump the drum into a strainer and run under tap water.
From what I've seen - approx. 99% of the coins will be ready to spend.

Good Luck !
