It was a nice morning in the high 40's:

Within 10 minutes I had a great quarte signal at 6 inches... I popped the plug and the quarter was right in the plug and I could tell it was silver immediately...

The ring in the picture was exciting for a minute... it was screening in my head phones at 2-4" and I figured it was a pull tab... I saw the gold color... popped out the dirt and read 10kt... cleaned it a little and read... 10kt R.G.P. :-( Plated...

Nice finds even if you posted them on the MXT forum. Silver is always nice to find no matter which detector you are using, but imagine what you would have found if you were using an MXT.:rofl: Thanks for the photos. HH Dennis in Idaho

Great looking silver finds.
Likely would have found twice the amount with the MXT:whites::thumbup:

Very nice finds! Oh, if you only had an White's MXT. You wouldn't have posted on the wrong forum because you would have still been out there digging target after target.:rofl:

Bottom line: It's great to see silver no matter what detector is used. Thanks for the pictures and story. I enjoyed every bit of it.
Paul, I sent you a PM.
HH to all, Nancy
