Just new to the forum and also a new MXT user! I just purchased mine about 2 weeks ago, and I am sure liking it so far. I have been MD'ing since July of 2007, and got hooked immediately. My first detector was a Bounty Hunter Sharpshooter 2, and since I sold that to someone I work with and bought the MXT. 1 week later (yesterday) I got the Eclipse 5.3 concentric as the 950 stock coil was just too much for some of the trashy areas I hunt. I did a quick hunt today between the raindrops and boy, you could really tell the difference.

In any case, I am looking forward to hanging around on this forum, and learning more and enjoying the MXT.

Happy Hunting All!

Dave

Welcome Dave. You will find some pretty nice folks on this forum. Go back through the posts as there is a lot of information that may be of use to you. I look forward to seeing your finds. HH Dennis in Idaho

Hi Dave, Welcome to the forum and BIG congratulations on your new MXT and coil. As Dennis stated, there's a lot of information on the back burners here. Nice people also. I'm looking forward to hearing/seeing your finds this year also. I hope we have many "firsts" this year with finds. Sounds like your're off to a good start. Good luck and HH to all, Nancy

Welcome, make sure you post your finds. Rob
