Hello everyone

Ive been busy with my 10yr old grand son for the last few weeks and yes i will post pictures....soon....we went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium (California) and also went to see the giant sequoias in Kings Canyon National Park ...since i qualify i got my FREE lifetime pass to any park at the gate and as a bonus just outside the park there is a Fire Lookout tower and we went there as well....this thing is way up on a giant rock...its open to visitors. I took friends to a local place knows as the Forestierre Underground Gardens.

however today i want to share this deal on photography software....Costco has the Adobe Photoshop Element 11 software for onlyyyyyyyy $79.00....as usual Costco sweetens the deal by including Complete with BONUS Scrapbooking CD plus *50 FREE Prints!....
If youre not a Costco member? not a problem!!!

OFFICE MAX has the same deal with freeeee delivery to your door....same price 79.00 dollars by using the code SAVE20 when the item is in the cart..

Sitting on the fence about photography software? If you dont know about Elements 11 , all i can say is that this is, for most people, THE software for tweaking your pictures and there is a LOTS of videos on YOUTUBE showing you how to use it...

OR if you want FREE software, download PICASA from GOOGLE or a Free software called GIMP and im very sure there are others out there. Several options are available to you.

Elements 11 is $59.95 at Office Max and other places. Adobe is getting ready with it's yearly updates so Elements 12 is near. That is what I hate about Adobe..... monthly and yearly fees for updates.

I prefer Pixlr Editor, a free open source Photoshop knockoff with free add ons and updates. Again tons of instruction on YouTube..... It might be worth a look at..... It serves my needs for post processing and a lot of stuff WAY over my head. :stars:

by the way the 79.00 dollar price includes PREMIER ELEMENT 11 (movie making editor software)....but for our purpose here (digital photography) the digital software can be purchased for less than 59 dollars with the SAVE20 code when in the cart.

Was the free lifetime pass to the national parks a seniors pass? Just curious. I do believe all national parks also offer free passes to active duty military. Can't wait to see the photos of the giant sequoias and the mountains!!! For those of you who have never seen them in person, they are simply amazing.

yes it is a pass for being a senior citizen 65 ... many do not know that there are certain days in the year that entrance is FREE at the national park...yes FREE...i need to downsize the pictures of course....time consuming process :(

If you are looking at new photo editing software, you might take a look at Corel PaintShop Pro X6 that has just been released. I use Corel PaintShop Pro X4 software and highly recommend it. Easy to learn, lots of teaching video's on you tube, trouble free. All the pictures that you see posted on this forum was done using Corel PaintShop Pro software. Kelley (Texas) :)

Thanks Kelly....my Adobe Element 10 does MORE than i ever need :)

and my elements 9 does more than I need.........nge
