Hello everyone. I am a Noob :yo:

I am new here to this forum, but new to metal detecting. I am from Oklahoma, I am 90% disabled and I also work full time for the Dept. of Vet Affairs.

I am looking at getting the AT Pro in the next cpl weeks. I also have a Whites XLT.

My question is. I heard from someone else that if you have a used, or broken Garrett MD you can send it to Garrett and get 30% off your next Garret MD purchase...I have not found this in writing anywhere and wonder if this is true or is someone just pulling my leg?

Any help is most appreciated..

Shawn

It's always a pleasure to meet someone who has some added challenges to metal detect, yet goes out and does it anyway! There is no policy that I know of where they will automatically discount a new metal detector based on a trade in. However, I know that they have at times done so. Contact Garrett and speak to them about it. Good luck!

The AT Pro is a great machine, as are the ACE Series. :)
