heinz bottle

A friend got a bottle today,I'm thinking from the 40's. Dont have pic but the info on bottom is:
H.J. HEINZ CO.

PAT D. there is a line under the D
Then a square with a o or 0 in center with a 4 next to it.

It is not a screw top, looks like a wire type stopper instead.

I found one with the patten date 1934 here in Canada.

Also found a couple that were the same shape but dated 1932..and didn't have "Heinz" on the bottom.
