Heidi Sky Diving.

New member
My daughter Heidi, went for her first sky dive yesterday to see how she liked it. She loved it... They did a tandem jump from 11,000 feet down to 6,000 then opened.... She likes anything with speed in it... Her and 5 others went up and did it about 1 hour from here.
They took a few pictures so thought I'd post some of them. They are going to the school sometime in September and get more into it.
It was the gang of 5 pictured...

You two could have a special jump once a year to celebrate something...maybe her birthday. George Bush (the first one) makes a jump once a year and look at his age....must be in his late 80's. If you asked Heidi, I bet she would be in favor of it. Kelley (Texas) :)

just never have. I still might if I can get someone to go with me.

I remember the story and pictures where she jumped off that mountain on a hang glider. If you approached her the right way, she might do it with you. Kelley (Texas) :)

And their courage. I realize that I'm still a pup here (54 yrs.) but it seems I've lost my "jam" these past few years. I don't know.....maybe never really had any  Nevertheless, it takes guts to jump like that. Good for them for experiencing things like this.

You know, I would have thought that at 11,000 feet, it would be cold....... but there she is wearing a t shirt.

the same way..... I have one just as the shoot opened at 11,000 but its not as clear as she took a picture of a picture... They had it filmed also and I will get that up here when she gets them to me. Had lunch with her yesterday and she had a ton of pictures that they take of your first tandem jump is you want them...She did...

i have tried and tried to tell her about the silliness of jumping out of perfectly good aircraft:rolleyes:
Heidi looks thrilled:clapping:

Looks like she had fun, I've never been one for heights or flying or falling from heights when flying. I think they would have to shove me out then deal with the claw marks around the door later. I do have to admire people that can do that though.:clapping:
