Heck of a Brother!

I just had to post this...my bride bought me a Garrett Ace 350 for my birthday in February...and today a box showed up at my home addressed to my brother. "What is this?" I wondered so I got to chatting with him this evening...he told me to go ahead and open the box...When I did he said, "Happy Birthday." He had bought me a brand new Garrett Pro Pointer! Now that is one heck of a brother! Thank you Ken...can't wait to get out and use my new toy!

Family is most important. My brother gave me the money to enter a contest for a jon boat, trailer, outboard motor and trolling motor. I couldn't have afforded it other wise and with just 100 tickets sold, I figure the odds are about 99 to 1. That will get me to some of those old steamboat landings and ferries, if I win.
My ticket cost less than the propointer, but $100.00 might as well be a million if you don't have it. The contest is March 26 or 27th and I hope I win. The money is going to a good cause regardless, but I sure could use that boat. I might even start back fishing.

fongu...got my fingers crossed for you to win that boat! Sounds like we have a couple of brothers to ride the river with.

Thanks, Bpasero. I hope I win that boat, too. My brother has helped me quite a bit and I appreciatte it.
