Heavy Coins

It was a -.3 tide late last night. I found this coin pocket that was endless! It tired me out and I foolishly moved on. It was mainly filled with Australian coins, but I did find a US 50 cent piece. In another area I found a silver ring and a silver earring. It was one of those hunts that felt like it should have produced some gold. Maybe tonight

Nice keep looking it probably will produce gold!

Great finds. Sounds like it was fun. Been too long for me to remember.

Well…I went back out again and ended up in the same spot pulling lots of foreign coins. The only jewelry I found was an earring. I might go back out tonight, low tide is at 4AM. I take a can of pepper spray with me but I hate having to worry about getting jumped.

I’m in Southern California. It’s pretty safe until it isn’t. One time I walked by this guy with a bicycle at like 4am. Four hours later he comes at me screaming “where’s my bike!” He was a crazy violent drugged out guy. Some how I got him away from me but it got my blood pumping and made me think about how I would swing my scoop as a weapon. It’s times like this that make me not want to venture out in the wee hours of the night.

Congrats on the nice finds! Be careful swinging that coil in the wee hours of the morning. There are some weirdos out running about.
