Combination of 2 images and some adjustments with levels and such.
Used the pen tool to set point and trace out the car from another image.
The clouds are in 1 layer by themselves and the car is in another layer.
That gives you complete and individual control of each element in the composite photograph.

There is a drop down menu arrow to the right of the layers palette. Pull that down and you will see a merge layers text. Make sure you have the layer that you want merged down highlighted.

Or save the file as JPEG.
