I had a little time to hunt yesterday and hit a park I thought might be good...
Targets were everywhere. Lots of trash and a bunch of clad.
I hunted next to the soccer field along the side lines. I only had a couple of hours to hunt, so I'll need to go back. Bound to be some good bling there.
The jewelry is all fake, but did it ever get me going...
Then I get a low VDI and think maybe... and dig the plug and see Gold!! Candy wrapers...Dxxx.
Then I eyeball this wadded up $5.... I think GREAT... until I unfold it... Dxxx again!
I got two cars a Matchbox and a Hotwheel. The Fire Chief car was at 8" and VDI'd as a penny. How it got that deep in the field I don't know.
Clad take was:
11-Q, 16-D, 5-N & 44-P = 76 coins
If I had known I was that close to 100 I may have tried a little longer.
All in all for a short little hunt it was fun...

I loved your post! How many times have we all been there, done that! At least you had a good amount of clad and a lot of miscellaneous items to keep you busy and content. HH and thanks for posting, Nancy

At least you got out and had some success, and that's what counts.
