As most of you well know, I believe Clive James Clynick's publications are a good value, especially for those of you seeking knowledge about how to go about hunting, or the selection and use of your particular equipment. They have not only helped me to increase my own success, but countless others. The rumor is that Clive is in the process of writing a new publication, covering the Excal and Excal II! Can't wait to get my own copy. I would highly suggest you all do the same.

Interested in finding out where one can locate these pubs or books. Looking for more information on best machines to use here in Honolulu. We are mostly restricted to beach hunting. What are really the best machine excluding the price?Aloha!BOB

Maybe so but I decided to support a fellow detectorist by purchasing directly from Clive. He even signed the book for me. Pretty cool and you won't get that on the Bay.

Hey Grumpy,
I only found a listing from someone in Australia trying to sell it for US $24+ and almost $10 shipping. Were you looking at the USA or Canadian Ebay?
