Hey There Fellow Diggers!
Well folks ...... here's the scoop. My chiropractor tells me today I'm making gradual uphill improvements but I've plateaued for the moment. He states that it's very common to improve then plateaue then improve, etc. He explained that, with each plateaue, my body is adjusting to the previous treatments. It may be a only a few days before I'm on an upswing again but time will tell. Keeping in mind that I had two nasty falls that severely threw my spine out of place won't be healing overnight. One fall was some four months ago and I lived with the adverse adjustment situation & pain. The second fall was just a few weeks ago on the driveway. Ole' Man Winter gave us several days of super cold weather & rain too. Not a good combination. So now I'm running to the chiropractor's office twice a week for 12 weeks. The good news is that 99% of the vertigo has gone & the nausea with it. What's left is a lot of discomfort. I would very much appreciate your continued prayers.
