Just a little FYI for you. While looking at metal detectors I also looked at headphones. I noticed many metal detector companies have another computer by the name of Hamilton make units for them. Many of them use Hamilton's SC-7v design and put their name on it. If you are looking for a muff style headset with a volume. If you look up Hamilton Schoolmate you can get them under $20 including shipping if you shop a little. (I just paid $18.00 ) They work well and they are tough. They also come in gray and match your Tesoro LOL. (They come with two plugs that screw on the unit) I dont work for Hamilton I work for a school, we use these with the kids.

They are working good on my Vaquero.

I know I type weird but I do not know how the word company turned into the word computer.

just curious what do you mean about "comes with 2 plugs that screw onto the unit"? no adapter just 2 different cords? i would rather not us an adapter but if I have to oh well for that price

There is an adapter, but the adapter is threaded and screws onto the smaller plug. It is very solid really well thought out.

Have you used it when it is really hot outside? Do they make you sweat? Thinking about finding something for the summer time?

Those are exactly what I need to replace my aging White's headphones. Thanks for posting this Radio!
