Headphones

Hi,

Please could anybody advise me which are the best headphones to use along side the Whites DFX E SERIES, at the moment I am using the GT Whites Headphones which came with the detector.

Thank you

I have used the SunRay for many years before I even became a dealer, but many of the higher end headphones work very well.....much better and more comfortable than the GT's.

Hot though in the summer.

Jimmy Sierra Maxiphone ll's work great for me. Light years better than the GT's and a LOT clearer and crisper than the Black Rat's I have. My next pair, though is going to be a pair of the Sun-Ray pro golds. From the reviews I've got to try a pair for myself...someday.

I used Grey Ghosts at one time but feel the SunRay Golds have the edge if you can still get them. My favourite are Killer B's ST Optima's which I had to import but you can now get them in the U.K. off E-Bay. Another type to consider is Sprite phones (back Britain, we need the money!) especially if your into tones with your detector but you have to get the right version to suit. Details on Gary's website http://www.garysdetecting.co.uk

Your lucky you were not supplied with those headclamp Pro Phones. Terribly uncomfortable and poor performance.
