headphones stopped working

Are they covered in warranty? I don't know why they stopped. I think it has to do with the wiring where the cord meets the earphone. I am mad because I have the next two says off and now I have no headphones

Flip the stereo mono switch back and forth a few times? Check those volume controls? Its gotta be something really simple like that..hope it is, and that you are good to go.
Mud

It was weird I was using it today and mid swing they just stopped working.

Ugh they won't work. The sound is coming out of the detector speakers like They aren't even plugged in.

The speakers on the Pro intself will work without headsets plugged in, so you can still hunt. Gall Garrett and see what they say. 1 800 527 4011.

I know I can still hunt. But it's annoying and I can't hear all the sounds. Garrett office hours are closed til Monday right

Had the same problem, check to see if your connection is in and has not come loose. I just put a dab of silicone on the threads and that fixed every thing I noticed that after each hunt the connectors were loose an finally realized that something had to be done. Since using the silicone I have had no problems and the connectors stay tight. Good Luck.

I have had both problems. The phones quit and the speakers started to. I disconnected the phones blew out both connections and put it back, tighter. I worked. Then the earphone without the wire connecting to it quit. Comes and goes and I tried flipping the mono/stereo switch. It didn't work, so back to Garrett they go. I bought the adaptor and use a pair of ear buds. Had to buy an in line volume control, but that gave me some more cord length to work with. All's well, except the cord still gets in the way sometimes.

I would call Garrett and see what they say. Doubtful they will say no to replacing them.

I called they are.sending me a new pair no questions asked. Can't beat that

Garrett's customer care never ceases to impress.
