what headphones are you guys using for the 3030 on the beach or land

Well, I have sun ray pro golds for land, I have Harold’s for the beach and water, and I just got detectnics small wireless. I like the detectnics because there is no delay like I get from the wm10 . They are lightweight and you hardly know there on. I like them too because I can hear other noises. Harold’s and the pro golds block everything out which I like at times when I’m on the beach or with a group. That’s my lineup.

What I’m the world is happening that you are getting “lag” from the WM10? I’ve never heard of anyone saying it lags at all,rather...they can’t tell the difference between plugged straight in and wireless. If you are hitting a target with discrimination ON,then you might get what you are perceiving as lag but it’s a false...Wi-Stream is less than 10 millisecond delay,that’s less than a HUNDRETH of a second! You got some FAST EARS Brother Steve!

the "lag" from the wm-10 is measured in microseconds. its impossible for you to notice it. As for choice of headphones, I prefer the Sunray pro Gold for dirt and the greyghost UW for beach.

Well when I was at Andy’s bootcamp he said that the wm10 had lag . He said he doesn’t use his and went to detectnics because there was no lag. I tend to agree with Andy as I notice a difference. My hearings the same as everyone , but as I get older I can’t hear as well as I did.

I wouldn't give you a cup full of cold spit for the Deteknix wireless set-up.
I went through two sets returned them to Jason and they never did work right. Cut out , lost the signal , poor battery life,,,,,, Finally gave them away
I don't like the WM10 size and cumbersome design but the batteries last forever and never noticed any lag whatsoever.

Bro Steve----You're getting kind of a cold reception here.-------Just get the Sunray Pro Golds (with the converter switch) and call it a day!

For the beach I use the Gray Ghost Amphibian Headphones - CTX 3030. Rated to 10' and excellent sound and volume. For land the Sunray Pro Golds are the way to go. In noisy environments with the wm10 the Black Widows eliminate most outside noise. They do not have the switch though.

When it's hot and the ambient noise is not a problem I'm addicted to using the wired XP FX-02 backphones. They have terrific sound , an inline volume control , they're light as a feather and can be plugged into either the WM10 or the CTX itself and they're wired correctly to turn off the external speaker,,,,for $20!!!!
It's a home run!!!
BTW , I'd like to see a video of the WM10 "lag time".
