Headphones for SE

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum but have been reading post for several weeks. I have a ? I hope someone can help me with. I'm hearing challenged (part. tone deft) an I'm looking for good headphones to use with my SE. I now use Gray Gost but have read some info on the Black Widow's. Are there any major diff. between these headphones. I need something that will amp. my detector signal with volume control for each ear. Any sugg. and/or help--thanks in adv. MackieG

I am very hard of hearing plus I am total deaf in the high tones, so I need the volume and not have the real high tones I can not hear. Now the SE at the factory variability set at 8 works good for the tones any higher and the high tones are hard to hear, but for volume I used to use a amplifier until I tried a set of the Troy Pro headphones, these are the loudest I have found for the Explorers. I tired many different top of the line headphones including the GG and the black widows which I felt would be louder than the GG, but to me there weren't. If i didn't have such a hearing loss my next choice would be the Sun Ray Pro gold pros,
