HEADPHONE QUESTION

ANY OF YOU GUYS KNOW OF A MODERATLY PRICED SET OF WIRELESS HEADPHONES THAT WOULD WORK ON THE ACE 250?THANKS IN ADVANCE.HH

I have quit using headphones. Now use ear buds instead and since I hunt mostly in urban environments I hunt with only one in. That allows me to hear detector fine but more importantly allows me to hear what is going on around me.

See you have no response yet so maybe I can help. Rapoo 3010 work on my Ace 250. I found them by searching the Web for $36.00 with Free Shipping. Came from China and took a couple of weeks to receive. Be sure and ask if they can provide instructions in English.;;; Mine came totally in Chinese. However, it is easy to figure out how to operate and you can find videos online. The color I purchased is white thus making the little transmitter easier to keep up with. You will receive the headset with volume control, transmitter & usb charger. Very good quality for the price. Hope this helps..

Thanks I seem to get very little help on this forum for some reason.I will check into it.But I'm selling my Ace 250 this week and going with another brand.Either Teknetics or Tesoro.Thanks again for your help.

Sorry to hear about the lack of response. I'm new to this forum but have been detecting since the 80"s. I post very little but do enjoy looking at the forums. I just had RON make me a meter for my Sovereign GT. I have 14 detectors (4 water/8 land) of which one is an Ace 250. I mostly hip mount it and only use a 5x8 DD or the Sniper. I have several much deeper machines, but it is still one of my favorites for General Hunting.
If you would like to send me a personal message with your email address I will be happy to answer questions and help if I can. I do have a couple of TDK wireless sets on the way. I can let you know how those work if you would like.....they are more expensive than the Rapoo's. I'm in the process of waterproofing a CZ and possibly the 250 for wading....strange how we "detector folks" are always wanting something different. Correction: New math last post (if your close your right)...4+8 = 14. Actually, 4+10 = 14 (old math)....The right answer several years ago. Seriously, I Hope you do well with your new teknetics. I've never owned or used one but I'm sure one will eventually make it my way.. I've have heard good things about the Tek and sure you will do well. Let me know the +/- as you see it and how you like it compared to the Ace 250. The best to you and may your finds be many.
