Headphone question

Ok here's the question: Anybody out there use Sun-Ray Pro Gold headphones on a Fisher 1270, mine don't work on it. Daniel says its doesn't seem to be the 1270, I won't go into it but I totally agree with him, it's not the 1270. Waiting to here from there repair person. Maybe they don't work, but can't get an answer, get no comments from Sun-Ray forum. Hope someone uses them on it.

Okay shooter this my help, my brother did have the Sun-ray Gold headphone and I took my 1270 over to his house and hooked them up and they worked just fine. I took some pictures so you can see the switch positions. Don't pay any attention to the labels he put on the switches, he did that for his Bounter Hunter.

I am going to say you have a switch problem on your headphones.
My 1270 even worked with the high tone, low tone switch.

Your the MAN, that the info I've been trying to get,Sun-ray tech asked to keep him in the loop if anyone gave me the info about the 1270 cause he was puzzled on this one. So I relayed what you told me and he said send them in and he has test to check them out. There under warranty, limited lifetime on electronics, but you pay shipping both ways. There going out tomorrow, Awesome headphones, hope he finds something so I don't have to send my 1270 in. No one around me detects so I can't borrow a pair to try out. Thanks for the help.

When you get those headphones back, remember there are at least 10,000 of us out here wanting to know the end of the story. I know that when I hooked up those sun-rays to my 1270 they were really smooth sounding.

Dang, I also know that I left the dime we were using for testing on the ground.

Will do, I tracked them and they should be there morning. they are awesome phones, next to my old superphones they make the audio so sweet. they were will worth the money, I'll never by anything else, and you'll be the first to know how it end, just hope he doesn't tell me there's nothing wrong and I have to send the 1270 back, Daniel said he really didn't think it was the 1270 cause 3 other sets worked and the speaker works and the speaker disconnects when the plug is put into the jack.

It does sound like the your 1270 is putting out sound through the plug.

We will keep our fingers crossed.
