About 2 months ago I noticed my headphones acting weird the odd time, I checked the connection and it seemed good. I took it apart 2 weeks ago to put some die-electric grease on the fitting and o-ring. I had the exact same thing happen as Upnorth did. I emailed Garret head office with my situation. Norma at Garrett was helpful with directing me to the eastern dealer here. I did a forward of the conversation with Garrett, it's now actually over 2 weeks and still have heard nothing regarding the situation.
So apparently I am really not to impressed with the service at this point. I purchased the complete package from leading edge hobbies in Kingston and they are willing to middle man this for me. I quite taken back by the fact that my mail has not been replied to as of yet. I decided to buy Garrett based on it's versatility and what I had heard about customer service.
That's my rant lol.
As soon as I get pics done I have lots to show for almost a month of detecting, hh ev1.
