what'ya'll use for headphones....my koss just wore out...all duct taped up and all...need to get something new

I have used numerous headphones.... I have a pair of Koss for back up because they are comfortable but my main headphones are the killer b wasps. I would give the koss about a 7 1/2 and the killer b wasps a 10... No cons about them all pros

SunRay Pro Gold's. As good as it gets for sound quality, comfort and construction IMHO. . .

I have to agree with Scott...Sunray Pro Golds... I hunt alot of trashy areas and they have a limiter on them that helps quiet the trash so it doesn't screech in your ears, separate volume control, great sound, comfortable...HH Jack from NH

Basically the same headphone in the way of comfort and performance (same maker) and I've been using my Killer B Wasps for 8 years or more. Probably a little more.

[size=large]been using gray ghost nd. great sound and good on muffling out the outside. fit snug. not tight but snug. also have whites e-9000 koss. looser than the gg's but very good sound for my needs. both are big and sweaty in the heat.

If price is no object, then prior recommendations are good. If you want the best bang for the buck, consider the Koss QZ-99, made specifically for scanners/metal detectors. Ama* has them for $36.89, and that includes free shipping. Look them up here...solid reviews. They are heavy, but do a great job. Plus your old Koss may have a lifetime warranty, so you may wish to check out that option.

[size=large]if your koss are e9000 they for sure have a lifetime warranty. call whites for directions. they replaced mine with new.
