This is the best response I have received. It's nice to know that there are GOOD people in the Government looking out for us. Thank you for your message regarding HB 2078, a bill to hinder the hobby of metal detecting. Delegate Black opposes this bill because it is another example of government control over our lives, our hobbies and our dwindling freedoms. This bill will add unnecessary red tape to metal detector enthusiasts who have a passion for the history of our great state.
