Have you hunted a plowed field with your Manticore?

Dan, that seemed interesting in that he points out the Manticore doesn’t do well on plowed fields. I don’t believe a minelab has done well on those fields. I struggled using the Exp II on plowed fields. I don’t own one and would enjoy other comments about using the Manticore like this guy?

I found my Gold coin at 8 inches in a German Plowed field with my 800

My old Explorer xs still does good with the 15" WAT coil on it. Just way to heavy to swing all day.
Wondering if it would do better with 13-15" coil on it.

Have had several different Minelabs and they all did not do good on fluff, freshly ploghed fields, all did fine after a rain or two settled the ground
disturbed dirt is a whole new thing to a minelab ......settings need to be opposite of what undisturbed ground is.
