Picked up my hunting buddy at about 10am this morning and I said let go back to the place where he got probably the nicest LC I have ever seen dug. He was in agreement as this is not really an area we go to allot.
He got a phenominal 1837 LC about seven years ago from this yard. I did not have the lady's contact number but, we took a chance she would be home.
Well, to are shock sadly she had passed away last year but, the new owner knew we had hunted it because we described her to a tee. What a sweet lady she was. Very sad to hear of her passing.
The new owner who knew her gladly gave us permission now that she owns the place and said have fun with a smile.
Well, my buddy was first to get some goodies which where a 44 Merc and a 36 Buff. in the same hole.
Then after a few I pulled my nicest condition LC this year which is the 46.
We moved around as the yard is large but, then my buddy pulled a 05 Indian and within minutes I had one identical and we thought that was rather sweet as the are almost in identical condition.
This yard has always held some of the nicest condition old coppers I have ever seen dug.
Well, my buddy then went around back and got a another Indian a 00 and a older copper ring and two trinkets. I called it the headless shaker man and a bull piece/plaque/mold?
I ended staying out front and got 6 wheat's total (oldest was a 19) and a 41 Merc.
Not a bad day for me as I got a copper Trifecta nor, my hunting buddy who actually got more older coins then me.
Below is my friends finds for the day.

Here are are two 05 Indians side by side (mine is on the left). I think his is a tad nicer.
