Have not heard much about TDI, I must say its a great Gold Getter

Howdy just want to drop a line about Whites new TDI, I was a fan of the MXT in Relic mode hunting for gold nuggets in N CA and S OR, fun great machine and she treated me well, but that darn Minelab would go much deeper then the MXT, but I loved the feel of the MXT in my hand and its external speaker, discriminating abilities, internal Battery. I must say this new TDI is like a Minelab packaged in the superior somewhat like Whites MXT shell, what a beauty she has been and nicely balanced like a extension of my arm. I have been running in low mode and I love how quiet it sounds when you run over most iron items, you can not tell there is anything there tell you run over lead or gold. I found all the gold in 2 to 3 weeks time and it picked up all sizes in low mode including the 1 1/4 nugget specimen in pictures.

P.S. I have moved out of the gold belt and selling my gold, gold books, info and gold huunting locations on Ebay link below.

Nice looking yellow stuff, looks like the TDI did great for you. Was this from one patch or several? I am thinking about buying a used TDI sometime to try it out. I had a GP extreme and SD 2100 and would rather not buy Minelab machine next time around, in terms of quality of electronics and ergonomics I think minelab cuts too many corners in an effort to feather there nests.

The gold on the coils all came from a recent area up by Yreka CA, the other Gold Page most of that came from Redding and Salmon River with either a Gold Bug2, MXT, or GP Extreme. Ya I prefer the TDI for its build quality and the way it fits in your hand for swinging it too, and a few more things it offers for my type of hunting.

I have been hunting with a MXT for over two years and really like it for hunting in beaches, park's, and old town sights. I was really overwhelmed when White came out with the TDI and anticipated getting it for trips to the desert and now the Spectrum 3 sounds interesting but perhaps to much like the MXT. What would others think of this deli ma? Should I go with the TDI because of the diversity and better use for finding gold? undecided.
