I go out with my 1500 come home with coins only
Go out with AT come home with more trash than coins
Thinking of getting 2500 are they better than what I have?

GTI is awesome but it is sure hard to beat an AT Pro! I own both and let other people use the GTI...I stick with the AT Pro.

Save your money. The 2500 isn't much different than your 1500 other than all metal mode and some little additives. I've have a 1500 ,2500 and AT Pro. Don't get me wrong its a good machine but heavy and even heavyer with 12 inch head. I ended up putting a 9 inch DD coil on the 2500 only because I had a 1500 and wanted to experiment. Thought about trying that on the 1500 but didn't what to lose imaging all my machines. Thought about the AT Gold but once again its much like the AT Pro. I know what the inch is to buy a new machine but I would at least what until the late spring and see what Garrett may be coming out with. 900 $ is lot of money and I really don't think you'll be amazed by the 2500 unless it was your first machine. Do you have a pinpionter, that's a time saver

You have two killer machines. Another one isn't the answer The thing is we have to put our coils over top the good targets. This takes experience and research. No machine can detect whats not there. What I'm saying is a Sabie hunter will do better with an Ace 150 than a less experienced hunter with the most $$$ machine. Keep track where your hunting and what your finding, Keep looking for different places to hunt, keep trying to better your score. You got two great machines- keeping poking around & the honey holes will start coming.
Good luck.

Thanks a lot
I do have a pin pointer by Garret would not hunt with out it
