I recently sent in my Fisher unit to have some work done. Bonnie was filling in for Felix while he is on vacation. I was discussing the price on a repair with her and I got a little huffy puffy about the cost. I have to say that I was a little out of line but Bonnie handled the situation with care and professionalism. She never got upset with me as far as I could tell. They repaired my detector and had it back within the week! Good job Fisher and good job Bonnie.
