Has anyone used the 8 1/2" widescan coil on the Cibola or the Vaquero?

If so, how does it compare to the stock coil as for depth and target separation.

I bought one for my Cortes, then sent it back because it comes only with an 8 foot cord, too long. During my air test on coins, I found it to be equal to the 9 x 8 coil in depth. Didn't try target separation. After that, I got the 10 x 12 coil and compared it to the 9 x 8 and found that the 10 x 12 gets coins only one inch deeper in an air test. The 10 x 12 is much heavier, will use at times if I think the extra inch is needed. Jabbo
