has anyone tried downloading a xterra 50 or xterra 70 manual from minlabs site lately?

I just now downloaded the 70 manual and it worked fine.
I just bought a second-hand Musketeer Advantage without an Instruction Manual and the machine is in the mail. Ahead of time I went to download it on Minelabs web site. Then on Page 2 of the Instruction Manual it said WARNING in big letters, then also said, this document contains restricted rights, and the work is Copyright, no part may be reproduced buy any process without written premission.
I find that odd if they offer it as a Download but say this statement above at the same time ??
I am not in a rush so I wrote and asked Minelab if I can have permission print it off.

I tried to download the X-terra 50 manual well before I read your post and found the same problem. I checked again this morning...same thing...but I'm sure they will fix it right away if brought to their attention
