They have been available upon request for months and we have been sending them out to anyone that would like one.
Its not on the web site and we will not be adding it to the old web site because a new site is under construction.

Email customer service at service@fisherlab.com or hit the "contact us" section on the web site and ask they have been available since early in the year......
