Engineering Manager EE
White's is seeking EE engineer with management credentials and experience with embedded circuitry and emerging processors.
Project and department management history a must. Able to set and meet department goals. Bottom line accountability. Daily interface with Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Distribution.
Company very close to rollout of two long term R&D projects. Need a professional to bat cleanup and reset Engineering and R&D priorities.
Must have general knowledge of electromagnetics, physics, mathematics, and digital signal processing techniques. Experience with analog, mixed signal, digital, and microprocessor hardware design required. C and C+ programming, embedded systems design, schematic capture, or circuit simulation experience a plus.
Responsibilities include supervision of design, test, documentation, and implementation of power supply, analog signal conditioning, ADC, DAC, microprocessor, audio, and RF circuits.
