Thinking about sending a Master Hunter 7X into Garrett soon to be repaired. I just hope they don't say "We'll look at it for $40" and turn around and say "We can't work on it,but we'll take off 40% towards a new Garrett metal detector". Has anyone faced this recenty? Especially if Garrett told you that it could be repaired or have parts for it?
