Harold Henkel's CTX Training Module #3 search pattern...

Lensman

New member
Went out and tried Harold Henkel's CTX Training Module #3 generalized search pattern published on page 104 of Andy's new book today. Unfreakingbelievable, at least around these parts. No further details, for now. I'm becoming more circumspect when it comes to extolling the virtues of metal detecting to my friends and associates.

What parts are you from? Was that setup better at discrimination of good targets from trash or depth or what?

SF area. Moderate mineralization. I hit several silvers at 4-7" and without a lot of falsing and other trash related noise. I have other silver oriented setups, but this one just killed it the other day. Going out to a different park in another part of town with more red rock. We'll see how it performs there.
