harness or bungee arrangement

G'day guys, has anyone played around with an added bungee or harness to their xterra? I have been playing with the 15" coiltek lately and am noticing that after a long day in the heat and a fair hike from the goldfields i hunt to my vehicle im rather wrecked!
any input would be appreciated.
Cheers, Keith

I've used a device called Doc's Swingy Thing (docsdetecting.com) with great success. Not sure if he ships down under but give him a call.

G'day Keith,

Yes you can get them from M______ D__ in Australia
I got a Doc's Swingy Thingy for my Etrac

I fitted a detachable counter balance to my Xterra70 for when using the Coiltek 15" WOT's
I found its not that they are particularly heavy but just heavy enough to drag the nose down and put pressure on the forearms after a few hours
Shortening the shaft length by 1 notch also helps 'keep the balance"
One last thing...I taught myself to swing with both arms so i can give one arm a rest while the other keeps working

cheers mate

Guys, please, no plugging non-sponsors. We can't have some getting essencially free advertising while others pay.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I appreciate it. T59, Ive realized it's a bit nose down so I will look at jerry rigging something similar to your counterweight up.
Thanks for the help!!
Cheers, robbo
