I bought a Tesoro Vaquero from "hardrockminer". He sent it Priority 2 day mail. Well it got lost and Mr. hardrockminer followed up REPEATEDLY with the post office going through "consumer service" until he found out what happened to it. Enough said, after 9 days I recieved the detector. I can't say for sure if his efforts got the machine to me or if it would have worked its way here eventually.
BUT I can say he went way beyond any reasonable expectation to resolve the issue and I am Very Appreciative.
