about two mouths ago i found a class ring on a treasure coast beach,it took me this long to get it back to its owner but the look on the young Lady's face when i handed it to her made it all worth while, she only had it a week when she lost it back in 2009,i sure hope i get to do it again it made me as happy as it did her.

Kudos for the good deed, Roger! That's a story that will likely be repeated many times and help put the hobby in a good light, too.

WoW, that is so cool to do that, my hat is off to you sir! Thanks to making us look good! Hank

Good Job Rodger you did good . That feeling carries on to everyone you meet so be proud of your self . Congrats karma will come your way .

Roger.....you 'done good' as others have said. Perhaps you might want to post this in the 'Good Deeds in Detecting' forum here on FMall. My hope is that if we get enough 'Good Deeds' posts, one day someone will print them and show it to officials who are trying to strangle our hobby.

That's great! As William-NM said, good PR for the hobby. She'll probably tell her kids, maybe her grandkids.
