Happy Thanksgiving from Ol' Frank in snowy Colorado

Yeah, I'm still alive and busier than a crooked politician running for reelection! I'll try to visit this forum more often when time permits. Dr. John Gill and I are building his all-metal Waiex two-seater, and it's coming along nicely -- the fuselage, tail and wings are done and wer'e working on the enginme mount, landing gear and instruments. With a 120 HP engine it oughta go over 185 mph. Here's a picture of the Challenger II with this geezer aboard, taken at a fly-in st a farmer's field north of Denver -- Rough landing strip, but the lil' plane gets off nicely in less than 300 feet.

I hope you all are O.K., happy and in good health. God Bless! -- Ol' Frank

Recently, I have been reading about those small ultra light type airplanes, the type that you fly around the farmer's fields and etc. Debbie has already threaten me within an inch of my life if I get one of them. I think that flying would be kinda neat! Frank, thanks for posting the picture and please have a great Thanksgiving! Kelley (Texas) :)
