Well my house is completly mine now!! The RAT ..... I mean lawyer sent me a settlement letter for 4600.00 I came back with 4 grand. He accepted it and I had it, UT I got a deal on my taxes that if I paid 428.00 the rest would be paid. So I paid them. Told the lawyer I was short 450.00 and he said he wouldn't take it. I told him fine, I will pay my payments for the next year and if I am late you can take me to court and the judge will give me an extra 6 months!! LOL the next day in court he called me out of the courtroom and told me he would accept my offer. Paid it and just closed yesterday.


I wouldn't have been such a jerk BUT ALL the money from the ladies estate is going to a SCAM charity in New York. And I was ticked he was being such a pain in the butt.


Never owned a home outright before. Just happy that maybe now I can keep some gold!!!!!

Never borrow money against it.You will always have a place to live in,might be with out lights and other stuff but it ain't going to rain on you.I ain't payed a house note in 40yr.If I can't get what I want with out having to borrowing against the house I don't get it.That's the way did it.

Glad you got yourself a home debt free....................................I don't have any debt, just paying everyday living cost is expensive now days.
