Hand held Pinpointer

For those of you who use a hand held pinpointer , do you have any problems with interference? I'm wanting a hand held pinpointer for coinshooting with my T2. Im looking at a treasuremate, Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks Tony.

The one I used with the T-2 when I had it was the Uniprobe that has the built in headphones and I had no problem with interference and the headphone were excellent for the T-2.

Just purchased a Teknetics pinpointer, will let you know in the next week or so .:clapping:

I have a Vibraprobe and if I use it with the T2 it will pick it up until it turns itself off. My Explorer XS will pick up the probe if the loop it too near it. I usually have to stick the loop out away from it in the other direction.

Thanks for the reply. Have used the T2 maybe 5 or 6 times. Very sensitive , seems like it sees every thing in the ground and sometimes all at once . It was a bit overwhelming at first and even thought about selling the *$%#@ thing , but decided to give it a far chance. Now every time I use the T2 I like it even more. This forum has been a wealth of valuable information to me. Thanks for all the time and effort that goes into the pictures , stories and trial and errors while learning. Merry Xmas ,Tony.

If there is interference you can adjust its freq until it stops.

I tried the VibraProbe but I found its interference was very annoying so I sold it.

I also tried a Treasure Mate but didn't like it for my purposes.

But, I love the Pocket UniProbe and it's more sensitive than all of the above. It really speeds up the hunt.

Same here. No problem with the Uniprobe.

I use the uniprobe with the headphones built in. It is sweet and no problems.
