can anybody give me a setup for the Explorer 1 for hammered silver coins
Thanks

iron mask set at -15, ferrous audio... variabilty at max, the other settings will be personal choice... manual sensitivity as high as stable

Use conductive sounds here in the UK. Our american cousins search mainly for highly conductive milled silver coins, our small hammered coins when using ferrous can? give signals so close to that of iron that it may be overlooked especialy in mineralised ground.

as the small hammered read very low conductively, but fairly high ferrously.. if in conductive the small hammereds read with low tones, if in ferrous they read with a much higher tone than iron.. try it
