Halloween disapointment :ranting:

Keely in Ks

New member
My little grandaughter, Lacy, was going out as Giggling Elmo, my husband and I got her outfit for her, but it was warm in Kansas and Elmo was too hot for our Lacy to wear, lucky for Lacy, we had purchased her a K State cheerleading outfit last spring... Now mind you, K State has not had a decent team since Snyder retired, though we hoped that they could pull it together this year...

So, since it was hot, Lacy dressed up in her cheerleading outfit... And would you believe, people are so petty, some made rude comments to her, and even refused to give her candy??? She is 17 months old fercryingoutloud... what is wrong with folks these days??

Here is our little darling when she was 14 months old....

These folks ...... lost ( or perhaps never had instilled in them) qualities of kindness, politeness, consideration, and integrity .

They may have grown up, but they obviously did not mature

Your granddaughter Lacy is a beautiful , precious child.

I am sorry that you and Lacy were subjected to this rudeness.

And these people generally do not have brains.

Just goes to show you, we are more interested in sports than our families here in America...I mean, when we are paying athletes multi-millions, and the average family makes under $25,000/yr...Something is WRONG!!!
