Half of a sash buckle and a badge.

I dug half of a two part sash buckle,[it's not broken] down next to the river.And I got this badge I guess you'd call it what's it say anyone know? I couldn't find anything on it.I don't think they make it any more.I just don't know. I think someone got to the site the sash buckle came from befor me.It's one of the oldest houses in the town but that's ok it was a awesome day to dig.

"The Riflemen Of Sherbrooke". The motto at the bottom is a lot harder. A literal translation is "Right To The Point". I think the idea is more like they were "out front in the fight". Very nice flea market find for 3 bucks!
