Half Dime is better than none !

I hit a spot last weekend that I've been working on and off for years. Twenty five years ago, using a Compass machine (no discriminator) I did well with some military buttons, a few large cents and other coppers, barber quarters and dimes, misc mercs and rosies etc, a mess of IHs. More recently with a Bounty Hunter Landstar (don't laugh, it was in my "post divorce, self employed , no spare time" days) I found a few more LC and tokens, more buttons, IHs, a nice gold ring, and an 1884 seated dime. I knew there was more there but deeper.
When I got my SE with stock slimline, I went back and found three more LC (two draped), a CT copper, two shield nickels, a 1/2 reale (beautiful) and more IHs.
Last week I went back with my Pro coil (and more experience with the SE) and small, deep targets began popping. I also think I've found my "sweet spot" settings for the SE. I found various Buttons, early wheaties, IHs, an 1863 fattie, an 1889 liberty nickel, and my best find at this spot: a gorgeous 1856 half dime! It was at about 6 inches. Looked great when that silver flashed aganist the dark dirt as I scooped a handful out of the hole!
Sorry no pics. That capability is my next step.
