Well, since my nuts have been a little on the lame side the last 4 hunts, I decided to run the Mark II at 1 of my clean surf locations. Arose at 3a and was in the lane by 415a. Light N winds, water temp around 60 and air temp closer to high 40s. Wore the waders, but was still able to get to the 3rd bar at right around the low which was at 558a -1.0L. Targets were scarce and gave up on 3 that were stubborn and could not retrieve without diving down, which was out of the question with my waders. Ended up with .29 and the cool crucifix with the rosery chain. It is non-ferrous, but not precious metal (either copper or pewter). Gave up the hunt to go to work at 830a. Not a bad looking nut for a pi unit huh? Forgot how deep the holes are that you have to dig with that sucker. Oh and the sunglasses were Oakleys before I wadded 'em with my scoop!
